- Please provide each signer's name, phone, and email.
- Clients must be U.S. citizens with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (driver's license or passport).
- A reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer with webcam and mic are required.
- If any requirement is not met, please call ahead to discuss options.
- Additional fees may apply to documents with more than 20 pages.
- Additional document signers add +$20 per Service.
If you would like certain documents to be signed separately from the file (i.e., Warranty Deeds for recording) and not to be included in the main file, please send them separately with instructions.

(Available Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM at Your Escrow Office in the Treasure Valley)
